What does Goldilocks have to do with business development?

Goldilocks and the Three Bears - A business 101 story

Is Goldilocks a story that is just for children or can we apply it in our business environments? Let us do a quick overview.
When Goldilocks arrived in the kitchen of The Three Bears house she had before a perfect setting for product sampling. At the table in the kitchen, there were three bowls of porridge. Goldilocks tasted the porridge from the first bowl."This porridge is too hot!" she exclaimed. So, she tasted the porridge from the second bowl."This porridge is too cold," she said. So, she tasted the last bowl of porridge. "Ahhh, this porridge is just right,"
Having completed here first task, Goldilocks walked into the living room where she saw three chairs. Goldilocks sat in the first chair to rest her feet."This chair is too big!" she exclaimed. So she sat in the second chair. "This chair is too big, too!" she whined. So she tried the last and smallest chair. "Ahhh, this chair is just right," she sighed. But just as she settled down into the chair to rest, it broke into pieces!
By this time Goldilocks was very tired and was ready for her last assignment of the day. She went upstairs to the bedroom. She lay down in the first bed, but it was too hard. Then she lay in the second bed, but it was too soft. Then she lay down in the third bed and it was just right. Goldilocks fell asleep.
Why was Goldilocks the right person for the product testing? Goldilocks came to her new environment all set. She was hungry and tired. It is very important that when we want to bring a product to market we are able to find the right people to test our product so that it will not be too hot or too cold, too big or too small, too hard or too soft. We need to make sure the Goldilock is a representative of our clientele.
Wouldn’t it be great if you can have the perfect product for your daily needs to give your back a break? I know the folks at YogaTush take this children story and product development to the highest level because they know when it comes to a person’s back and tush, both have to be satisfied.

The Value of Shopping at The Mall

Someone asked me the other day about where I did most of my shopping. I have to say that the Mall is a good place to start. Especially with the holiday season about to start, a Mall has lots of options. Starting off with a little exercise by parking away from the nearest door is one way to stretch your legs after the drive. Walking around the Mall is especially good for racking up the steps on your pedometor, as well as getting your holiday shopping done. Mid-week and early in the morning is a good time for less crowded shopping as well as a good walk.

Your local Mall will have many shops, ranging from twenty to thirty in the smallest, and up to several hundred at larger malls. This means that you will have the ability to do all of your shopping in one place. And as it is the holiday season, most malls fill their wide aisles with kiosks of specialty products. Whether you are looking to purchase clothes, household good, recordings, art, electronics, or toys, you should be able to find all of those items inside one of your local shopping malls. This means that you should be able to get all of your holiday shopping done in one trip.
